Thank you to Tenzing Conseil and CODIR OPPBTP!
In Le Poët-Laval, a village steeped in history, shaped by the Hospitallers and Huguenots, we explored the landscape of the Dieulefit syncline: from Cretaceous rocks, remnants of an ancient tropical seabed, to deposits from the last ice ages. A natural and cultural setting that offered a lens on group dynamics during this Nature and Geology team-building experience.

Eclipse & Perseids
Thanks to the moon for keeping the sun company as it set on August 12 — and to the Perseid shooting stars for taking over for the rest of the evening. We observed these cosmic cycles during the geology walk with the Centre de la Pangée in the Drôme.

Mont Aiguille - Vallon de Combeau
From Vallon de Combeau, the view stretches far: Mont Aiguille (2087 m), the Dévoluy (Grande Tête de l'Obiou, 2789 m), Barre des Écrins (4102 m) and Belledonne (2977 m). A picnic with marmots and sinkholes, and a dizzying view of millions of years of Cretaceous strata. Fine weather, an easy walk and a shared moment of emotion that moved everyone.
